Maintenance contracts and warranty options

Panorama Technologies offers maintenance contracts from one to five years, depending on the systems and agreed service scope. Annual maintenance contracts (AMC) are available for CCTV and other supported ELV and IT systems. The quotation identifies the covered equipment, visit schedule, support arrangements, replacement parts and exclusions.

Warranty options range from one to five years according to the equipment, system and agreed terms. The written quotation confirms which warranty applies to each item and to installation work. A warranty and a maintenance contract provide different types of cover; ask us to include the arrangement you need.

Ajman CCTV contracts and certificate preparation

For Ajman buildings, villas and shops that need CCTV certificate procedures, we provide annual CCTV maintenance contracts and assist with the technical preparation and documentation required for the project. Applicable requirements are checked for the property. Certificate issuance and approval remain with the competent authority; a longer maintenance agreement does not replace the applicable certificate process.
